ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive been a State Farm agent since January 2014, and over the years our team has grown to seven employees plus myself, all working together to create a supportive, motivated, and enjoyable environment. I have a bachelors degree in marketing, and Im actively involved in nonprofit work through organizations like Good News Jail Ministry and Charis Pregnancy Center in Salt Lake City causes that reflect my commitment to serving people both inside and outside the office.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Paul Howell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
