Take part in training to build your sales skills and insurance knowledge. Requirements Must have minimum 1 Year insurance experience with proven SALES track record at ALLSTATE and/or STATE FARM. Must be motivated, hungry and have a positive attitude. Must have an ACTIVE Property & Casualty license. Ability to call leads and convert to sales Maintain CRM for prospecting and follow-up Candidate must be able to consistently meet deadlines and hit performance requirements. Positive, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed. Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and digital tools.
