What You'll Do

As a Multiline Representative , you’ll work directly with customers and prospective customers to help them understand their options and protect what matters most to them.

Your day may include:

• Having meaningful conversations with customers about their needs, goals, and concerns.
• Building relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Identifying opportunities to better protect customers through needs-based conversations.
• Following up with prospects and customers and helping move conversations toward decisions.
• Supporting marketing and community outreach efforts that generate new relationships.
• Keeping customer information, documentation, and follow-up activities organized and accurate.
• Working alongside your teammates to accomplish individual and office goals.
• Continuously developing your communication, sales, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.

Licensing: You must possess or be willing and able to obtain the applicable state insurance licenses.
