People who succeed in this role: Are curious and like to learn Have 3-5 years of Agency Recruiting experience Enjoy making phone calls and learning about new people Have effective communication skills Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills Like solving puzzles and challenging problems High-energy and passion Share our Core Values (see below!)
