Responsibilities Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings Develop job-based situational and behavioral questions for current and future job openings Conduct interviews for a wide-range of positions Develop relationships and open lines of communication with the Business Accounts Manager to help ensure successful placements Research industry to understand requirements of positions and identify successful candidates Update and maintain candidate database Track and maintain records on candidates, job listings and client status Stay abreast of any changes to federal and state employment laws as it relates to interviews and hiring Leverage AI Agents to be more efficient sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates Requirements Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience as a recruiter for a staffing agency, preferably in energy, engineering, manufacturing or light industrial Proficiency in a variety of candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop a rapport with candidate base System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
