Medical Biller & Revenue Cycle ManagerCelebrations Speech Group is seeking an experienced Medical Biller & Revenue Cycle Manager to support accurate billing, timely claims submission, AR follow-up, credentialing visibility, payer compliance, and revenue cycle reporting across our clinic, home, and school-based services. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands medical billing from start to finish, takes ownership of follow-up, and enjoys bringing structure to detailed billing processes. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and comfortable working with leadership, clinical teams, administrative staff, and outsourced billing partners. In this role, you will review and submit claims, monitor accounts receivable, assist with denial resolution, track documentation and timesheet issues that impact billing, support credentialing and payer enrollment tracking, and prepare regular revenue cycle updates for leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and submit claims daily for accuracy, timeliness, and payer compliance.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims, denials, underpayments, and billing delays.Partner with outsourced billing vendors to support timely and accurate billing processes.Track missing or incomplete documentation, service logs, and timesheets that may impact billing.Support credentialing and payer enrollment tracking for commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, Regional Centers, and other applicable payers.Maintain organized provider, payer, credentialing, and billing status records.Prepare weekly reports related to claims, payments, AR aging, denial trends, credentialing status, and documentation gaps.Assist with patient billing questions, statements, account follow-up, and front office billing processes as needed.Support accurate CPT, ICD-10, modifier, and payer-specific billing practicesIdentify billing risks, workflow gaps, and revenue cycle trends, and communicate concerns to leadership.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle support, billing operations, or a closely related role.Experience with commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, AR follow-up, denials, appeals, payment posting, and claim correction.Experience with provider credentialing, payer enrollment, CAQH, or credentialing vendor coordination.Strong understanding of CPT coding, ICD-10 coding, modifiers, payer requirements, and documentation standards.Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to communicate billing issues clearly and professionally with leadership and team members.Certification RequirementOne or more of the following certifications is required or must be obtained within a timeframe approved by the company:Certified Professional Biller, CPBCertified Professional Coder, CPCCertified Coding Associate, CCACertified Electronic Health Records Specialist, CEHRSPreferred ExperiencePediatric therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, or behavioral health billing.School-based billing, education contracts, or related service documentation.Tebra or similar EHR and billing systems.Experience coordinating with outsourced billing teams or credentialing vendors.Why Join Celebrations Speech GroupCelebrations Speech Group is a mission-driven organization serving children and families across clinic, home, and school settings.
