This fast-paced medical-surgical unit specializes in caring for a wide range of patients including those with COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, renal failure, cellulitis, diabetes, dementia, peritonitis, and COVID-19. No two days are the same! With such variety every day brings new learning opportunities and the chance to grow in both confidence and competence.

Schedule That Fits Your Life

• 3-12 hour shifts 7p-7:30a with every third weekend and rotating holidays
• 36 hours/week = full-time pay & benefits

What Youll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care using evidence-based practices
• Monitor and support patients with complex medical needs
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team at hand-offs
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and safe discharge
• Document care accurately in real time
• Respond effectively to emergencies and changing conditions
• Lead and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff
• Create a respectful compassionate environment for patients and team members
