Safety Advisor

Facilitate the safety portion of the pre-bid, pre-construction, and monthly progress meetings. Conduct safety leadership training for all management personnel. Review contractor project-specific safety plans. Create and deliver training to increase industry knowledge, worker participation, and claim reduction. Identify performance improvement initiatives. Cultivate an engaged and informed safety culture. Review risk assessments on high-hazard work activities. Ensure all contractors are enrolled in the Rolling OCIP - Conduct accident investigations to determine causal factors and a safe plan of action. Review the emergency action plan for each active site. Conduct a periodic claims analysis. Conduct quarterly performance and climate assessments. Collaborate with the contractors to reduce and eliminate Potential Serious Incidents and Fatality events.
