Compensation: Up to $75,000 Base + Bonus (up to $25,000 annually)

What You’ll Do

• Lead all front- and back-of-house operations with a hands-on, service-oriented approach
• Hire, train, and retain exceptional team members across all departments
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, health codes, and brand procedures
• Deliver consistently great guest experiences that build loyalty and increase check averages
• Analyze and manage labor and cost controls to drive profitability
• Foster a high-energy, team-first culture with accountability and recognition
• Conduct daily shift meetings and performance coaching to support growth and engagement
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships with efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable
• Solid understanding of restaurant P&L, labor scheduling, and inventory management
• High energy, professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality
• Willingness to lead by example and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
