Combo Technician (Telecom) – Louisburg, KS Area

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our operation! If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and learning new technology, this could be a great fit. No experience required- paid training provided!

What You’ll Do:

• Fiber splicing, installation, and troubleshooting
• Copper installs and repair copper lines, and maintain equipment, and carriers
• Set up and support residential and business phone and data systems
• Locate underground utility lines
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend services

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license
• Located within 30 miles of Louisburg, KS
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable using technology (computers, smartphones, tablets)
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Ability to work on-call and occasional overtime

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Able to work in confined spaces
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to distinguish colors (important for wiring)
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screening
