What You ll Do:

• Assist urology surgeons with diagnoses and treatment of urologic conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order, interpret, and perform diagnostic tests and procedures
• Support urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care
• Manage post-operative recovery and ongoing patient care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure quality care
• Follow safety protocols, including universal precautions and OSHA standards

What You Need:

• Active ANCC certification
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont or willingness to obtain
• At least 1 year of clinical experience, ideally in a surgical or urology setting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills
