Requirements:
• Active VT License
• BC/BE
• DEA
• Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
• 2 years of nursing experience in Urology
• Most recent NPDB Report (within 30 days active)
• Master's degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program



Benefits:
• $115,000 - $135,000 annually
• Pay range provided in compliance with Vermont Act 155
