About the Client Our Client is a leading Telecom Company having more than 300 stores across various states of USA. Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s financial health, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to senior management to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader who can supervise the finance team, implement process improvements, and ensure strict compliance with federal and state financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements (including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements) to ensure accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead planning and forecasting activities, monitoring budget variances, and developing long-term financial strategies to achieve organizational goals. Compliance: Ensure all accounting and financial operations comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, and other regulatory requirements. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. Strategic Leadership: Provide actionable advice to senior management on investment activities, cost-reduction initiatives, and capital deployment to maximize profitability. Team Supervision: Hire, mentor, and coach the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and professional development. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline finance and accounting operations through the implementation of technology and best practices. Required Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or CPA certification is highly preferred. Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting, with proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, data visualization). Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS), tax regulations, and risk management strategies. Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership.
