Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area. Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner. Maintain inventory to avoid stockouts and over‑stock. Key Responsibilities Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of produce products and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Prepare, trim, crisp, package, and scale produce to meet quality standards. Use digital tools for inventory and quality control. Drive performance, control shrinkage, and eliminate waste. Act as a talent ambassador, modeling high quality service and products. Adhere to company policies, safety and health regulations. Complete assignments and priorities using data, policies, and resources. Compensation Salary range: $17.00 to $25.00/hr (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage). Additional compensation premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
