Marketing Assistant

Start Club is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about marketing, and being part of dynamic, fast-paced campaigns.

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns and represent our clients at a variety of promotional events and community-based initiatives. You’ll interact directly with consumers, help create positive brand experiences, and learn how successful marketing campaigns are developed and executed from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
• Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
• Interact with consumers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Help create memorable customer experiences and build brand awareness
• Participate in events, promotional activations, and community outreach initiatives
• Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
• Track customer feedback and campaign results
• Work closely with team members to meet campaign objectives
• Learn and apply new marketing, communication, and leadership strategies
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Requirements
