Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory analysesspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondin accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples as required for comprehensive testing.
• Carefully document all laboratory processes, train incoming staff members or students, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and safety guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
