Responsibilities Provide professional and timely support to clients via phone, email, and internal communication channels. Assist clients with questions regarding services, bookings, and account information. Resolve customer concerns with efficiency and a customer-focused approach. Maintain accurate client records and update information in company systems. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
