Director, Finance - Leveraged Services

Abbott seeks a Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership for the Medical Devices Leveraged Services organization. The role involves leading financial planning, resource optimization, and capacity planning while partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance and long-term strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, month-end reporting, and annual operating plan development
- Serve as primary finance business partner to functional leadership on resource allocation and investment decisions
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals responsible for budgeting and financial analysis
- Drive financial transparency across shared-services funding model including allocation methodologies and recovery processes
- Identify financial risks and opportunities; develop executive analyses and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years progressive finance and FP&A experience with leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic decisions
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, resource planning, and business analytics skills
- Experience managing and developing finance teams
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
Compensation: $149,300–$298,700 base
