Regional Infusion Services Director – Texas Region Vivo Infusion is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader with a background in healthcare and/or pharma to drive our presence in Texas. The Regional Sales Director will build and lead a high‑performing team, expand our reach, and grow our business strategically. Primary Responsibilities Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Regional Infusion Sales Specialists. Set performance expectations, forecast yearly sales budgets, monitor progress, and conduct performance reviews. Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals. Identify market opportunities and expand referral networks. Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on co‑promotional initiatives and territory planning. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, health systems, referral sources, and partners. Represent Vivo Infusion at regional conferences and strategic meetings. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy. Partner with Clinical and Patient Care teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Trella Health) to track performance metrics and maintain accurate records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing field‑based sales teams. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving regional growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors. Computer literacy – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus). Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year.
