Responsibilities include using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Requirements include sales experience, a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, self-motivation, detail orientation, ability to make presentations to potential customers, banking experience, and property and casualty license and life and health license (must be able to obtain).

Tenure bonuses include a men's suit or designer purse for year one, a watch for year two, a cash bonus for year five, and an all-inclusive vacation with guest of your choice for year ten. All employees are eligible to earn quarterly bonuses, plus the opportunity to qualify for an annual trip. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
