Physical Therapist (PT)

JOB SUMMARY Conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for evaluation and/or intervention Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data to be utilized in developing the plan of care Provide Physical Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care Supervision of PTA Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success JOB QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program A current Florida PT License Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be computer/tech savvy BENEFITS One Location, No Daily Travel Flexible Schedules This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse in compliance with Florida House Bill 531 (2025).
