Territory Sales Representative

Gigantic Brewing Company | Portland, Oregon

Full-Time | $50,000–$60,000 annually + performance-based bonus

Gigantic Brewing Company is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and beer-loving salesperson to join our team!

We're an independent, Portland-based brewery making flavorful, creative, and award-winning beers since 2012. We take our beer seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We're looking for someone who shares that attitude and is excited to get more Gigantic beer into the hands of thirsty people.

As our Territory Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Gigantic in the market, building relationships with bars, restaurants, bottle shops, grocery stores, and our distribution partners. You'll help grow our sales, strengthen existing accounts, find new opportunities, and make sure Gigantic is well represented throughout the territory.

What You'll Do

• Grow sales: Develop new accounts and increase sales within existing accounts throughout Oregon, with a primary focus on the Portland metropolitan area.
• Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bar and restaurant owners, buyers, and distributor sales teams.
• Work with distributors: Collaborate with our distribution partners to identify sales opportunities, support their sales efforts, and increase Gigantic's presence in the market.
• Get out in the market: Make regular account visits, present our beers, follow up on opportunities, and ensure our products are well represented.
• Host tastings and events: Schedule, organize, and work in-store tastings, beer festivals, promotional events, and other opportunities to introduce people to Gigantic beer.
• Travel: Primarily work in the Portland area, with quarterly market visits to Eugene, Bend, and Seattle.
• Promote new releases: Keep accounts and distributors informed about new beers, seasonal releases, and special promotions.
• Stay organized: Track account visits, sales activity, new placements, and opportunities while communicating regularly with brewery ownership.

What We're Looking For

• An outgoing, personable, and self-motivated individual who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in craft beer, beverage distribution, or a related industry is preferred.
• A genuine enthusiasm for craft beer and the ability to communicate what makes Gigantic's beers special.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage a territory, and follow through on commitments.
• A willingness to prospect for new business and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Familiarity with the Portland beer market is a plus.
• A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for tastings, festivals, and other events.
• The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 160 pounds with assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary: $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience.

The Details

Location: Portland, Oregon, with regional travel.

Schedule: Full-time, primarily weekdays, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Reports to: Gigantic Brewing ownership.
