The estimated pay range for this role is $40 - $50 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee personnel administration, including managing daily timesheets, performance reviews, and attendance. Direct and supervise field staff to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules. Maintain and implement the established Safety Plan throughout the project lifecycle. Manage site administration tasks, including work documentation, subcontractor management, and workforce productivity. Conduct weekly safety and job site meetings to communicate important information to field staff and subcontractors. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising commercial or multi-family electrical construction projects. Proven experience leading crews of up to 15 personnel. Extensive knowledge of the Electrical Code. Must be able to pass a background check. Journeyman or Master Electrical License, with OSHA 30 certification a plus. Bilingual capabilities and U.S. citizenship are advantageous.
