Sus responsabilidades como Dishwasher/Utility incluirán, entre otras: Limpieza y mantenimiento de todas las áreas del restaurante Limpieza y desinfección de toda la vajilla, cubiertos, cristalería, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina Operar de manera segura y correcta el lavavajillas y otros equipos Vaciar toda la basura de la cocina y otras áreas Trabajar en equipo, apoyando a los cocineros con el trabajo de preparación, la preparación de nuestras exclusivas “Cheddar Bay Biscuits” y otras tareas según sea necesario Centrarse en su equipo y en los clientes: cada decisión que se tome debe tener siempre en cuenta al cliente y al equipo Seguir todos los protocolos de limpieza y seguridad Qué se necesita para tener éxito (requisitos físicos del trabajo) Debe cumplir con la edad mínima requerida y estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos Habilidad para doblarse, alcanzar, agacharse y cargar hasta 30 libras de manera segura Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante un turno de 8 a 12 horas Habilidad para trabajar en equipo con atención a los detalles y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas Las demandas físicas descritas anteriormente son representativas de aquellas que deben cumplir los empleados para realizar con éxito este trabajo.
