This full-time, contract position is based onsite in a school environment near Lakewood, WA, offering an engaging role working closely with an individual student. Your presence will be essential, as you will provide one-on-one care each day, ensuring continuity and a positive educational experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington LPN license or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Fingerprinting through OSPI or willingness to complete the process
• Previous experience as an LPN/LVN in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Compassionate approach, attentive to the unique needs of children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care and support to a designated student during school hours
• Administer medication, manage health care procedures, and maintain accurate health records
• Serve as a health resource, responding to medical needs throughout the school day
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement care plans
• Follow all health and safety protocols as outlined by school policy and nursing standards
