This role is focused on 1:1 support—your care and attention will ensure the wellbeing and success of a student, beginning and ending each school day alongside them.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current LPN license in Washington or commitment to obtain prior to start date
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction), or capable of doing so
• Experience with pediatric populations or within educational settings highly valued
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals
• Commitment to punctuality and reliability—essential for coordinating student arrivals and departures

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to a single student during school hours, ensuring all medical needs are met throughout the day
• Administer medications, monitor health status, and respond promptly to any health concerns
• Maintain thorough documentation of daily care provided and communicate updates as necessary
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support the student’s health and learning goals
• Uphold a safe, supportive environment—always onsite and engaged
