Financial Analyst

Job Title

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Monthly calculations and reporting for multiple divisions using data compiled from various data sources.
• Preparing monthly reports on Sales Results; prepare ad hoc reporting as needed
• Interface with multiple internal departments to communicate and ultimately resolve any reporting issues.
• Apply sharp interpersonal communication skills while working closely with associates on multiple teams, including but not limited to, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

Specific Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or industry/job experience equivalent.
• Overall accounting-finance experience of 2 to 3 years.
• Strong analytical, superior problem-solving skills, and detail oriented.
• Must be highly motivated and can work independently.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) and Microsoft Word.
• Proficient with Salesforce.
• Experience with and the desire to automate and streamline processes.
• Works very well in a highly time sensitive and fast paced dynamic environment.
• Exhibit the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and consistent manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Additional Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Sales Results reporting for assigned business units.
• Timely communicate with sales teams.
• Special projects as determined by the senior leadership.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on new assignments and generate ad hoc reporting.
• Document process and procedure.
