Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst - Manufacturing Job Type: Full-Time About the Company: Join a leading manufacturing company known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence. We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial in driving financial insights, supporting decision-making, and optimizing profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Conduct detailed variance analysis, highlighting key business drivers and recommending actionable insights. Partner with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to analyze production costs, efficiency metrics, and margin improvements. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports for senior leadership. Drive financial process improvements, including automation and enhanced reporting systems. Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and business case development. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and business analytics. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
