To learn more, please visit our website at: What we offer: Medical(100% covered for individuals with a journeyman license) Dental Vision Long-term and short-term disability insurance Life Insurance (Company paid) Paid Vacation (2 weeks for individuals with a journeyman license) Paid Holidays 401k with 3% company match with the option for partial match up to 5% Career Advancement Opportunities Referral program Competitive commission pay and bonuses based on performance Loyalty incentive program paid out yearly Fully stocked Mercedes Sprinter (EVERY SINGLE TOOL AND MATEIRALS NEEDED COMPANY PROVIDED) Company IPAD supplied Pay Range: Option 1 - $30 hourly plus performance pay Option 2 - Straight Commission Either option for current employees is coming in around $120,000 yearly +/- Hours:Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and on call rotation Job Duties: Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring) Install and maintain water supply systems Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks) Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc. Install and maintain gas lines Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems Skills: Proven experience as a plumber Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings Working knowledge of drains, water lines and ventilation systems as well as appliances Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly with a great deal of patience Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship Valid license to practice profession Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license and insurable driving record 2+ years of experience in plumbing Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions Good communication skills with clients and other team members Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment Precision and attention to detail Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
