Key Responsibilities Design and implement end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines that generate and optimize ad creatives in real time. Develop and fine‑tune large language models, latent diffusion models, and reinforcement‑learning agents to personalize visual content based on context. Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions. Deploy, monitor, and iterate on services using AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS) ensuring low latency and high availability. Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and performance analysis to continuously improve model accuracy and ad effectiveness. Requirements Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Hands‑on experience building, training, and serving large language models, diffusion models, or computer‑vision models. Knowledge of reinforcement learning concepts and their application to real‑time decision making. Proficiency with AWS services for ML deployment and data processing.
