You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
