Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. W‑2 Employee - Part‑Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non‑clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in‑person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite. Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually. Base Salary: $50,000 for a part‑time schedule (20 hours/week).
