With over 25 years of experience, Trebor offers its clients comprehensive guidance through the reverse mortgage process, focusing on education and clarity. The company is dedicated to one-on-one support to help clients make informed decisions to confidently achieve their financial goals.
Role Description
This is a contracted, commission-only remote role for a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Must be licensed in California and/or Texas. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for generating leads, following up on company-provided leads, initiating loan applications for in-house processing, assisting clients through the mortgage lending process, and ensuring that all financial documentation is accurately prepared and submitted. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, evaluating loan applications, and providing ongoing support to clients to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Reverse Mortgage Loan Origination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of QuantumReverse software a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Licensing as required by state regulations (Valid NMLS ID#)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants preferred
