- Business Development## DescriptionAs a Business Development Associate, you will focus on expanding the company’s reach by building relationships with referral partners, real estate professionals, community organizations, and prospective clients. Your role is essential in connecting potential clients to our licensed loan officers without discussing mortgage details yourself.**Job Responsibilities:*** Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outreach* Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking functions* Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners* Educate prospects on the value of working with our company, without discussing mortgage specifics* Refer all mortgage related inquiries to licensed professionals* Support marketing campaigns and coordinate with internal teams for lead generation* Track and report on lead activity, outreach efforts, and partnership growth***This is a non-licensed position. You may not provide any information regarding mortgage products, loan terms, interest rates, or financial advice. All inquiries of this nature must be referred to a licensed loan officer.***## Qualifications* Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management (mortgage or real estate industry a plus)* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Comfortable with public speaking and networking* Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset* Ability to follow compliance guidelines and **avoid discussing mortgage products**
