Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will spearhead growth initiatives in both existing and new markets. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in business development and creating long-term value for organizations. The successful candidate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage growth projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize new applications and markets. With a focus on strategic market expansion, enhancing product portfolios, and building effective relationships, the Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue, margin, volume, and market position. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience in plastics or materials sales, marketing, and/or business development. Experience in developing material solutions in manufacturing-centric conversion channels, including extrusion, injection molding, films, coatings, and composites. Preferred experience in specialty, value-based markets and applications.
