Qualifications 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer leading a development team Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile Metrics Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management Experience teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams TS/SCI clearance required Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Knowledge of the project management framework Knowledge of DoD or Space Force community and IT infrastructures Excellent problem‑solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams Excellent interpersonal skills to interact successfully with clients, engineers, and managers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation Financial and health benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care are part of our total benefits. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
