Account Manager for Amanda Agnew - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Established in June 2015, we are located in Historic Downtown DeLand serving our West Volusia community and the state of Florida.
Our agency has received awards including Ambassador Club, Legion of Honor, Small Business Premier and Bronze Tablet.
Amanda has been recognized as a DeLand Woman of the Year Nominee, recipient of the Gail Hallmon Champion of Families Award and the Susie Macon Spirit of MainStreet Award in recognition of her work in the community.

The annual compensation range includes potential commissions. The hourly rate determined by your experience in the insurance industry as well as current licensing status. Candidates with limited or no experience and without current insurance licensing will be considered at the lower end of the hourly range. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Hourly rate is $21.50 - $26.50 per hour plus commission Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
