GSCM ensures that we have the safest, most secure and sustainable business in the industry, as well as workplaces we can all be proud of.Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager who is a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. This position will support upcoming GBRD program as the MPM Lead.What You Will DoDevelop and execute Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and other strategic planning toolsDevelop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments & proactively manage mitigation plansSupport financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) processBalance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programsWork closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for support, as neededMonitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issuesProvide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviewsOversee subcontractor execution performanceQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experienceExperience in supplier management, project management, and/or program managementExperience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools, such as MRP systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, PRISM).Qualifications We PreferExperience applying Earned Value Management principles or experience integrating project cost, schedule, risk and progressPrior experience in the defense industry, particularly in supply chain functionsExperience driving proposal performanceWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
