Quick Facts: Location: Williston, ND (1301 15th Avenue West, Williston, ND 58801) Start Date: 09/03/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing, with dates to be confirmed Shift: 24-hour call (including 4 hours gratis) Hours/Week: Variable, as per schedule Employment Type: Locum/Contract Licenses/Certifications: ND State Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay rate: Competitive hourly/ callback rate, with tiers based on call hours (details discussed upon application) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide OB/GYN care including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, bladder repairs, and D&Cs Attend to an average of 50-60 deliveries per month Round on inpatients, assist with urgent cases, and support emergency room needs Collaborate with hospital staff and supervise mid-level providers and nurses Ensure all patient documentation and reports are accurate and timely Maintain compliance with hospital policies and participate in community health initiatives Uphold high standards of patient care and promote professional growth What You Need: North Dakota medical license and current OB/GYN certification Valid DEA and state-specific credentials At least 2+ years of OB/GYN clinical experience Ability to handle high-volume deliveries efficiently Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Experience with Meditech, Dragon, PACs, eRx - Dr. First, or Imprivata Tap and Go is a plus About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Williston, ND, providing comprehensive OB/GYN care in an inpatient setting.
