Job Description

• Oversee contracts, bidding, submittals, and project close-out
• Manage budgets, cost reporting, change orders, and cash flow
• Develop and control schedules using industry software tools
• Ensure quality standards through inspections and document review
• Partner with site teams on safety and maintain client relationships

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience in ground-up commercial construction
• Proven delivery of $10-30M projects (non-multifamily)
• Proficient in MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Viewpoint
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
