Warehouse Worker 1st Shift Pay Rate: $21.50/hr Employment Type: Contract Duration: Approximately 4 Months (Potential Extension) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite) Openings: 1
Tekberry is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse team. This position supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement while ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality throughout warehouse operations.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Worker performs material handling, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, inventory control, and warehouse organization while following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, wrap, and label customer orders.
- Perform shipping and receiving activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
- Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Stage finished goods for shipment.
- Verify incoming materials and inspect for damage.
- Complete warehouse documentation accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers across shifts.
- Follow all SOPs, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing warehouse.
Additional Requirements
- Steel-toe shoes required on Day 1.
- Safety shoe reimbursement available up to $125.
