BrightKey is looking for an experienced
Mailroom Customer Service Associate in Tallahassee, FL

You will be sorting, screening, and delivering mail in person within the office building. Compensation & Benefits for the Mailroom Customer Service Associate:
- Starting pay rate of $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Hours & Logistics
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: First Shift (7:30am - 4:30pm)
- Location: Downtown Tallahassee
Mailroom Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
- Inbound Mail and Package Sorting
- Processing Outbound Mail and Packages
- Signing for Incoming Packages
- Delivering mail and packages within the office building to customers
- Assisting in various duties as assigned
- This position could occasionally act as a backup driver to deliver mail to other locations. This would include operating a company vehicle in the local area
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior Corporate/office Mail Room, or Postal Service (USPS) Experience is strongly preferred,
- Familiarity and Experience with Mail Room Equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.)
- Good customer service skills is required as this position supports onsite customers
- Organizational Skills & Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional Communications & Ability to Work with Vendors
- Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to Lift Boxes/Packages (up to 75lbs)
