As a Security Officer Fluent Spanish, Patrol in Montclair, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. In this location, you will complete routine patrols, respond to site needs, and work as part of a team that values reliability, integrity, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support loss prevention and other on-site personnel with security-related observations, customer assistance, and/or response to operational concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
