Great Technicians Deserve a Great Place to Work.

Tired of flat-rate pressure, shop drama, working weekends, or feeling like just another number?

Maybe it's time for something better.

At  Atlantic Motorcar Center , we believe talented automotive technicians deserve more than a paycheck. They deserve a workplace where they're respected, supported, well compensated, and given the opportunity to build a rewarding career without sacrificing their personal lives.

For over 40 years, we've built our reputation on exceptional European automotive service and an equally important commitment to the people who make it possible.

We're looking for  one experienced Automotive Service Technician who shares our passion for quality workmanship, professionalism, and doing things the right way.

A Different Kind of Shop Culture

We've spent decades building a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We don't believe in managing through fear, competition, or unnecessary pressure.

We believe in leadership, mentorship, respect, kindness, and accountability.

Our technicians have a voice in how we operate. Through regular team meetings, ongoing training, and continuous improvement, we work together to make our jobs easier, our clients happier, and our workdays more rewarding.

We invest in our people because we want them to grow with us, professionally and financially.

We don't want you simply getting by. We want you to thrive.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a technician who:

• Has solid professional automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Takes pride in accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship.
• Enjoys working on European vehicles and learning new technology.
• Is comfortable working independently while contributing to a team.
• Values honesty, integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability.
• Brings a positive attitude and a genuine desire to continue improving.

Experience with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, or other European brands is especially welcome, but we have an ongoing training program that pays you to learn!

Thinking About Making a Change?

We understand that changing jobs can be intimidating, especially when you've invested years in building your career.

But consider this:  Sometimes the greatest risk isn't making a change. It's staying somewhere that no longer allows you to grow.

At Atlantic Motorcar, you won't have to make that transition alone.
You'll have an experienced team walking alongside you, offering support, encouragement, and the tools to succeed.

We're not looking to fill a position for a few months.

We're looking for the right person to build a future with us.

Let's Have a Conversation.

You don't have to make a decision today. You don't even have to be actively looking for a new job.

If you're an accomplished technician who's wondered whether there might be something better out there, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.

Come meet our team. Tour our facilities. See how we work, how we treat people, and why Atlantic Motorcar might be the opportunity you've been looking for.
