Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Service SpecialistWhy this role matters
Reliable comfort keeps families safe and businesses productive. As an HVAC Service Specialist, you’ll be the expert who restores systems, optimizes performance, and commissions new equipment so it runs right from day one—across both residential and commercial sites.
Your mission- Own the service cycle: preventive maintenance, precise diagnostics, and effective repair.
- Commission new HVAC units, validate operation, and hand off to customers with confidence.
- Represent our brand with clear communication and excellent customer care.
- Support teammates to complete work efficiently and to high standards.
- Share responsibility in an after-hours on-call rotation.
- Experience in HVAC service work.
- EPA Certification.
- Current driver’s license.
- Professional, courteous communicator.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
