Responsabilidades El rol de Operador, Take Up II implica configurar y operar enroladores/ devanadores. Las tareas específicas incluyen ayudar a los operadores con las líneas, cambiar bobinas de cable, hacer ajustes menores en la máquina y seguir las órdenes de producción. Se requiere capacitación cruzada en el equipo dentro del grupo de trabajo, así como mantener estándares de calidad y seguridad. Esta posición puede requerir una licencia de montacargas de Southwire . Requisitos de seguridad y ambiente Responsable de observar las reglas de seguridad de Southwire y mantener una buena limpieza. Seguir todos los procedimientos y reglas de seguridad. Usar adecuadamente todo el equipo de protección personal requerido. Revisar y conocer todos los Análisis de Peligros del Trabajo para la secuencia adecuada del trabajo y los peligros asociados con los trabajos asignados. Revisar y conocer todas las Hojas de Datos de Seguridad para los trabajos asignados. Mantener todas las áreas de trabajo según los estándares 5S. Realizar inspección de seguridad previa a la operación y análisis de peligros. Seguir todas las reglas/procedimientos ambientales de la empresa y manejar todos los materiales de una manera diseñada para minimizar el impacto ambiental. Demandas físicas y ambientales DEMANDAS FÍSICAS/AMBIENTALES: Debe ser capaz de trabajar en ambientes fríos y cálidos normalmente encontrados en un edificio prefabricado sin control climático. La actividad física asociada con el rendimiento diario de este trabajo incluye: equilibrio, escalar, manipulación, asimiento, audición, arrodillarse, levantar, tirar, empujar, alcanzar, movimientos repetitivos, estar de pie, agacharse, caminar y sentarse. #J-18808-Ljbffr Southwire
