Pet Technologist

This role plays a key part in delivering high‑quality PET, PET/CT, and CT diagnostic services while ensuring an exceptional patient experience and maintaining the highest safety standards. < /p>

Key Responsibilities: < /strong>

< Li> Utilize radiopharmaceuticals as well as oral and IV contrast agents to perform a variety of diagnostic PET, PET/CT, and CT examinations. < /li>
• Operate a multi‑slice CTscanner and power injector with proficiency and attention to detail. < /li>
• Start IVs and administervarious contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals at the direction of the physician. < /li>
• Provide patient care services as needed in a professional, compassionate manner. < /li>
• Participate in all dailyduties necessary to perform high‑quality care and imaging exams. < /li>
• Deliver exemplary customer service in all patient and team interactions. < /li>
• Engage fully in a collaborative team framework while maintaining a positive approach and attitude. < /li>
• Assume responsibility for designated duties or procedures as required and adhere to all safety standards in accordance with SMC policies and regulatory requirements. < /li> < /ul>

  Required Qualifications: < /strong>

  < Li> Successful completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program < /li>
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist License upon hire < /li>

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
