Jones Networking is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join an international manufacturing company. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial drive with the ability to understand technical products, customer applications, and engineered solutions. Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

- Grow sales with existing customers by strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and increasing account penetration.

- Develop new accounts within the assigned region through prospecting, networking, customer visits, and market research.

- Expand the company’s USA market share across existing markets while identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.

- Represent and promote the company’s brands with a clear understanding of each brand’s strengths and applications.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts and territory updates.

- Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate fan, motor, and air movement solutions.

- Work closely with engineering, product management, customer service, and operations to support technical proposals and customer requirements.

- Conduct regular customer visits, distributor meetings, and business reviews to strengthen the company’s regional presence.

- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments to support strategic sales planning.

- Develop strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, engineers, buyers, and end users.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support contract negotiations in alignment with company guidelines.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, opportunity details, forecasts, and sales activity reports.

- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and regional customer activities as needed.

- Represent the company professionally and consistently as a trusted technical sales partner.

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

- Experience selling industrial fans, air movement systems, motors, or HVAC components is preferred, but not required

- Existing relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, engineers, or industrial customers in relevant markets is preferred, but not required

- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably involving engineered products, industrial equipment, HVAC, motors, fans, or related technical markets.

- Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business within a defined territory.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to understand technical applications and communicate product value to engineers, buyers, contractors, distributors, and end users.

- Comfortable working independently with up to 35% travel on the West Coast.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
