Multi-Branch Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Leader
Houston, TX
$100,000 - $120,000 Base Salary
A Multi-Branch Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Leader is required for a residential home services sales leadership role based in Houston, TX. This position is focused on driving sales performance, margin discipline, coaching standards and consistent sales execution across multiple branch locations.
The Multi-Branch Sales Manager will lead a large sales function across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and residential in-home services, working closely with branch leadership, service, dispatch, install and marketing teams to improve conversion, average ticket, technician-generated opportunities and customer experience.

The Multi-Branch Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Leader Role:
- Lead sales activity across multiple branch locations, each with its own operating structure and local leadership.
- Manage and coach a large sales team including Comfort Advisors, sales-focused technicians, inside sales and rehash personnel.
- Drive consistent sales process execution, including lead coverage, call-by-call management and real-time coaching.
- Monitor sales KPIs including close rate, average ticket, revenue per lead, gross margin, technician-generated leads and financing usage.
- Improve revenue performance through stronger lead handling, disciplined selling and improved opportunity conversion.
- Partner with dispatch, install and service leaders to align capacity, scheduling, job quality and margin performance.
- Support option-based selling, good/better/best choices, membership offerings, accessory sales and cross-trade opportunities.
- Deliver regular coaching through ride-alongs, recorded calls, role play, performance reviews and AI-enabled coaching tools.
Multi-Branch Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Leader Requirements:
- Experience as a Multi-Branch Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Director, Branch Sales Manager or similar home services sales leadership role.
- 3–5+ years of sales leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or residential home services.
- Proven success improving revenue, close rates, sales process consistency and margin performance across sizeable sales teams.
- Strong coaching, communication and people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate Comfort Advisors, technicians and inside sales teams.
- Strong understanding of residential in-home sales, value-based selling and customer-focused sales processes.
- Confident using KPIs, sales data and CRM systems to identify performance gaps and turn them into practical field coaching.
- ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel between branch locations up to approximately 30%.
