Location: Saint Paul, MN Pay Rate: $28/hr Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing. Your work directly supports timely diagnostic testing while helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the collection process. What You're Do Perform venipuncture, capillary, forensic, and specimen collection procedures following established protocols Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy Maintain required records and documentation while ensuring patient confidentiality Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience Travel between multiple patient service centers and client locations as needed Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment Support daily operations while meeting quality, productivity, and compliance standards What We’re Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong blood draw skills with the ability to work confidently and independently Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service‑related setting preferred Keyboarding and data entry proficiency Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record Flexibility to travel between locations and work overtime, weekends, holidays, or on‑call schedules as needed Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to meet compliance requirements What’s In It For You Competitive pay rate Opportunity to work across multiple patient care settings Hands‑on role that directly impacts patient outcomes Gain experience with a variety of collection procedures and patient populations Collaborative and professional healthcare environment Potential pathway to long‑term employment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower Group (USA)
